Being new to the area I had heard that Mick's is a reputable, professional and honest auto repair facility that the locals frequent. I had to schedule a few days ahead for a non emergency service and I even dropped off my vehicle three days in advance as I needed it the afternoon of my actual appointment for a 200 mile roundtrip. I had asked them about working it in and they said they might be able to do that. Though they didn't do the service early (likely because they are busy and high in demand) they did manage to look at it late in the afternoon the day prior and give me thorough estimates with pictures online with a link via text. The mechanic gave it a very thorough checkup that I was impressed with as he found a couple of safety issues and he also gave separate estimates on those items which I could approve or disapprove online. As I was new to the facility and I needed the truck I only approved the work I had requested. I called them and told them just before closing I'd be needing the vehicle back as I needed to leave town just after noon on my appointment day. Well they got it in as soon as they opened and had the repair done by 10:00 A.M. They even came in $80 under estimate as there were a couple parts in the parts box package that I didn't require. That kind of thing has been a rarity in my 50 years of taking vehicles in for repair. The vehicle ran like a charm and I called them right away to schedule another appointment for some of the other work I needed done on the vehicle. I strongly recommend this facility, but you may want to call ahead.
